Delegatoin of entrepreneurial obligations
EHS-relevant requirements in legislation are always addressed directly to the top management of a company. To meet this responsibility, they must establish an organization that implements the requirements appropriately. This is called delegation of entrepreneurial duties.
We have a pragmatic approach for medium-sized enterprises or comparable facilities within an (international) group to delegate entrepreneurial obligations. We support our customers to delegate the EHS-related entrepreneurial obligations within their companies in a legally certain manner:
- Definition of company-internal emphasis, general requirements and philosophy.
- Recommendations on form and content for the delegation of obligations.
- Training of top management and line managers.
